  11. VI is a (V)olume (I)nformation utility.  It will display
  12. the Capacity, In Use, and Available bytes of every drive
  13. you have access to (except for drives A: and B:).  It even
  14. works on NOVELL networks.  There are a couple of things it
  15. needs:
  16.   Every drive must be LABELED.  (you should do this anyway!)
  17.   I have experienced problems if there is no drive C:.  That
  18.   is when you have a diskless workstation that only has 
  19.   network drives.  I think I have solved it but haven't had
  20.   the opportunity to test it yet.

  22. It also totals the amounts it sees.
